A cosmetic device company that develops premium beauty technologies, Thermage offers non-invasive procedure which tightens and contours skin in a single treatment—with no surgery, no injections, and little to no downtime.  As Thermage’s regional director for Asia, Wolfgang Kramer is tasked to advance the company’s business in Singapore and the region—a responsibility that demands minimal downtime.

While meeting a client at an al-fresco area at his office building, a passerby accidentally collided with Kramer’s laptop, knocking it off the table. The impact took an immense toll on the body of the laptop, causing a dreadful outward bend on the keyboard and cracks on the LCD screen. The battery and hard drive were also knocked out of their housings.

While Kramer was forlorn by the condition of his laptop, he was even more distraught when he realized that he might have lost the data inside.  It didn’t help that the last time he backed up his data was more than a year ago. Critical information from business plans and target forecasts to highly confidential data was at risk and the loss of these documents would cost his company precious time and money.

Thus, Kramer immediately launched a search on the Internet for a data recovery center. It did not take long for him to arrive at the website of CBL Data Recovery Technologies (S) Pte Ltd. He immediately called in and was advised by the CBL personnel to send in his laptop for a complimentary consultation.

In less than 24 hours, CBL contacted Kramer and told him the possibility of a 100% recovery. Upon hearing such good news, Kramer did not hesitate to ask CBL Singapore to proceed with the recovery.

“The loss of data would have compromised work and only when you lose your data would you realize how much dependant you are on them. I will certainly consider CBL for future recovery needs be it for personal or for work purposes,” said Kramer.
